Join a high-performing Property Management Accounting team and take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio. You’ll deliver accurate financial reporting, partner with stakeholders, and play a key role in portfolio performance and client outcomes.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management of a diverse portfolio, delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
Manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and year-end wash-ups
Process journals and ensure financial accuracy across assigned assets
Partner with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
Support audits, compliance, and reporting governance
Contribute to system improvements and new asset transitions
Provide analytical support to senior leadership on portfolio performance
About You:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
CPA/CA qualified or working towards
Experience in property accounting (commercial preferred)
Exposure to MRI or Yardi systems highly regarded
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines
