As Senior Manager, Property, this is your opportunity to step into a senior role within TCorp’s Listed and Unlisted Asset Management team and lead key aspects of asset management, transaction project management, partner engagement, market research and domestic and global portfolio strategies across TCorp’s property investments.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Property, you'll lead asset management initiatives and represent TCorp on advisory committees, evaluate and oversee transaction activities, and contribute to portfolio construction and capital allocation decisions.
You will be responsible for fostering strong industry relationships, delivering investment analysis and governance papers, and generating portfolio insights that support portfolio performance and long term value creation across both domestic and global property strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence investment outcomes across the domestic and global property portfolios while collaborating with senior internal stakeholders, leading investment managers and industry participants, as well as strategic external partners.
About You
To be considered you will need to demonstrate deep investment experience, strong commercial judgement and proven capability in property or unlisted real assets ideally gained within an asset owner, asset manager or investment consulting environment. You will also bring strong sector knowledge, financial market understanding and strategic acumen, with the ability to synthesise market intelligence, manager developments and structural trends to support investment decision making. Demonstrated experience engaging internal and external investment stakeholders, strategic partners and managers, managing complex transaction processes, as well as the preparation and presentation of investment papers is essential.
