Inventory & Systems Manager
Build a new inventory function from the ground up
Turn systems and data into operational change

The Opportunity
This newly created role will lead the Inventory & Systems function across our OneLink NSW operation, based at Yennora. You will play a key role in improving inventory governance, operational reporting and systems capability across a complex healthcare logistics environment, while supporting a long standing customer partnership with our customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands warehouse operations and can use data, systems and reporting to identify trends, improve processes and support better decision-making. You will work closely with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Finance, Commercial and external stakeholders, helping ensure inventory data is accurate, reliable and actionable.
What You Will Do:
Lead the team: Coach and develop a small Inventory & Systems team, creating clear accountability and consistent ways of working.
Protect stock integrity: Maintain strong inventory accuracy, traceability and stock control across a high-volume healthcare logistics operation.
Own the systems: Act as the site subject matter expert for WMS, ERP interfaces, master data, inventory controls and operational reporting.
Translate the data: Use reporting, Excel and business intelligence tools to identify trends, improve controls and provide practical insights.
Partner with HealthShare: Work with HealthShare on reporting, forecasting, demand planning, overflow stock and replenishment activity.
Drive improvement: Lead continuous improvement, system changes and future automation initiatives that improve productivity, accuracy and service outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
Inventory expertise: Strong experience in inventory management, stock control and warehouse processes within logistics, distribution or supply chain.
Systems capability: Confident with WMS and ERP platforms, reporting, master data, testing and process governance; Manhattan, SAP or W360 exposure would be highly regarded.
Analytical mindset: Able to use Excel, BI tools and operational data to solve problems, identify trends and improve performance.
People leadership: Able to set expectations, build accountability and support teams through change.
Customer presence: Confident and collaborative, with the ability to build trust with our customer and internal stakeholders; healthcare, regulated product or quality systems exposure would be beneficial.
