We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who is excited to be part of this journey and help shape the next chapter of the HelloDR network.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of multiple HelloDR Brassall. You will work closely with Team Leaders at each location to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional patient care, and strong team performance.
This role will play a key part in both clinic setup and operational leadership, supporting the launch of new sites while maintaining high standards across the existing network.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help ensure that systems, processes, and teams remain aligned across all locations as the HelloDR network continues to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinic Setup & Expansion
- Support the setup and launch of new clinic locations
- Oversee project timelines relating to clinic development and operational readiness
- Assist with clinic layout planning, equipment procurement, and system implementation
- Ensure operational policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements are in place prior to opening
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of reception and administration staff for new locations
Multi-Site Operations Management
- Provide operational oversight across multiple HelloDR clinics
- Support and mentor Team Leaders at each practice location to ensure consistent standards
- Ensure front desk operations deliver a welcoming and efficient patient experience across all sites
- Oversee patient billing processes, Medicare claims, and administrative workflows
- Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Practice Coordination & Support
- Coordinate doctor rosters and room utilisation to optimise clinic capacity
- Support doctors, nurses, and administrative teams with day-to-day operational needs
- Maintain oversight of stock management and supplier relationships across clinics
- Ensure each clinic environment remains secure, clean, and operational
- Review invoices and maintain financial and operational reporting
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and guide Team Leaders and administrative staff across locations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build strong clinic teams
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on patient care and service excellence
Growth & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with the patient acquisition and marketing teams to support clinic growth
- Assist in implementing initiatives that increase patient access and engagement with HelloDR services
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who brings strong operational leadership and experience within general practice or healthcare environments.
You will ideally have:
- 3+ years’ experience in medical reception or practice management
- Strong knowledge of Best Practice software (essential)
- Experience supervising or leading practice teams
- Confidence overseeing multiple clinic locations and supporting Team Leaders
- Experience with clinic setup or project coordination (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical terminology
- A proactive mindset and motivation to contribute to the growth of a modern healthcare network
