Align Health Collective is an award-winning allied health group with clinics across Oakleigh, Kew, Redfern, South Brisbane and Indooroopilly. Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists and Receptionists who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.
Our Kew clinic provides high-quality allied health services, with a strong focus on patient care, rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience while helping ensure the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
You’ll work alongside an experienced, friendly and supportive team, with responsibilities including:
- Welcoming and assisting patients in person
- Managing appointment bookings and clinician diaries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Managing Medicare, TAC, WorkCover and private billing processes
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ordering clinic supplies and assisting with general administration
- Supporting clinicians to ensure appointments run efficiently
- Helping maintain a professional, organised and welcoming clinic environment
- Contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional patient experience

About the role
This is a full-time Receptionist position based at our Kew clinic.
The role would suit someone with previous reception, customer service or medical administration experience, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
The role includes
Full-time hours (38 hours per week)
