Are you a Wear Parts specialist looking for the opportunity to build and grow a national business?
Terex Jaques is seeking a commercially driven and technically capable National Wear Products Business Manager lead the strategy, growth and profitability of our Wear Products portfolio across Australia.
Working closely with customers, suppliers and our national sales and aftermarket teams, you'll drive business development, expand market share and deliver profitable growth across the quarrying, mining, aggregates and recycling sectors.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute the national wear products strategy, driving growth, market share and profitability across Australia.
Deliver sales, margin and inventory performance targets through effective forecasting, planning and commercial management.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while building strong relationships with customers across the quarrying, mining and recycling industries.
Lead and influence regional sales and aftermarket teams, increasing wear products capability, customer engagement and sales performance.
Manage supplier partnerships, tenders and commercial agreements to maximise customer value and business outcomes.
Provide technical product expertise, including customer training, market analysis, marketing initiatives and strategic business insights.
What You Bring
Proven experience in wear parts, crusher consumables, aftermarket products or related industrial solutions.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong knowledge of the quarrying, mining, aggregates, crushing, screening or recycling industries.
A track record of driving business growth, developing new opportunities and delivering commercial results.
Experience managing product portfolios, pricing, margins, inventory and supplier relationships.
Strong technical sales, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence customers and internal teams.
Regular travel throughout Australia and occasional international travel will be required.
