$35 - $45 per hour sub-contract or $30 - $35 per hour casual plus allowances and incentives.
Note:
As a sub-contractor you will be earning the whole time you are on the road or on site.
No more down time or wasted time looking at jobs to quote, writing up quotes, getting materials, paying accounts etc and potentially not getting paid for the time spent on these tasks.
We are looking for a multi skilled person to join our team.
This position could also suite someone who is semi-retired.
Some training & ongoing support is provided.
Areas we work are primarily from Salisbury to Goolwa (majority being from Morphett Vale to Prospect) with the office & workshop being at Hackham.
Some of the tasks required may include, but are not limited to:
·General “handyman” maintenance items
·Carpentry
·Tiling and grouting
·Fencing
·Painting
·Paving repairs
·Silicon sealing
·Plaster board repairing
·Minor plumbing
·Guttering and storm water
through to complete renovations.
The position would be for 2-3 days per week for trial period then could increase.
Ideal candidate must have:
-Basic tools (all "specialist equipment" is provided if/when required.)
-Current driver’s license
-Own vehicle
-ABN (Or willing to get one)
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Experience in residential building maintenance / repairs / renovations.
And:
-Work well unsupervised
-Be able to problem solve
-Have basic skills using Apps on a tablet or phone
-Present themselves professionally
