Details: Digital Canberra is looking for an Oracle System Analyst Programmer as part of the Oracle E-Business Technical Team. The Systems Analyst Programmer will undertake system analysis, application development and system support activities related to the E-Business Suite (EBS) application in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant STEM field such as Software Engineering or relevant ‘Oracle Certified’ certifications and training would be highly advantageous.

Possessing an Infrastructure Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate or experience working in an ITIL environment is highly desirable.

Ability to use Structured Query Language to construct queries for data extraction with proficiency in SQL, PL/ SQL and Unix Shell scripting.

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field are desirable.

Experience working in a service desk or end-user support role is desirable
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Under activity-based work arrangements, officers may not have a designated workstation/ desk. Working from home part time may form part of the flexible work arrangements for this position.
