We’re known for exceptional food, strong systems, and seamless execution. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations, improve systems, and support the continued growth of the company.
This is a key leadership role within the business.
About the Role
This is not a typical event coordinator role.
This is a hands-on business management position combining operations, team coordination, systems improvement, client communication, and event oversight.
You will work closely with the business owners to ensure all moving parts of the company run smoothly, efficiently, and proactively.
We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, solves problems independently, and takes genuine ownership of responsibilities.
This role will involve some event work, particularly during onboarding, so you gain a deep understanding of our operations, team structure, venues and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage final operational stages of weddings and events
- Coordinate timelines, run sheets, rostering and staffing
- Maintain and improve internal systems, processes and SOPs
- Monitor event readiness, calendar planning and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with kitchen, warehouse and admin teams
- Support quoting structure and high-level client communication
- Help supervise marketing activity and ensure brand consistency
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Support team training, accountability and performance standards
AI & Systems Training
A unique part of this role is working with advanced automation and AI systems.
We heavily use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and workflow automations to improve efficiency, communication and operations.
Full training will be provided, but being tech-comfortable and excited by AI is a big advantage.
