We are looking for someone to work in the areas of software sales, with the ability to provide sales support & software testing.
Experience and skill are required in one of the areas: IT, software development, software testing, bookkeeping or science. To succeed on this role, you will need excellent sales communication skill and internal drive for results.
Job Summary:
You will work as a Software Sales Partner Manager and Technical Support professional, specializing in Invoice Data AI, Ordering & Approval Automation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
As a partner manager & technical support engineer, your day-to-day job will be:
- Learn EzzyBills, and test EzzyBills features & integration with other software such as Xero, SIMPRO & Cin7.
- Follow up free trials via phones and emails.
- Provide new customer onboarding demo via Microsoft Team.
- Support new customers technically to maximize sale conversion.
- Serve as the account manager for existing customers.
- Generate new sales outside our existing channels.

Working hours:

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or accounting, or science.
- Excellent sales communication skill (both in speaking & writing)
