Details: We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Careers and Transitions Coordinator to join the Careers and Transitions team within the Education Programs and Services (EPS) branch. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality career education and transition pathways for ACT public school students, supporting innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance across the system. Working closely with schools, internal business units, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in developing resources, programs, and partnerships that enable personalised student pathways and successful transitions into, within, and beyond school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening career and vocational pathways and supporting positive outcomes for young people across the ACT.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Career Development, or Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice is Highly Desirable.

Driver’s licence, class C and have access to a private vehicle.

Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
