Dynamis Material Handling & Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts & Administration Officer to join our growing team.
What We Offer
- Part-time position – 3 days per week
- Hours and start/finish times are flexible
- $28 – $32 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts and administration who enjoys working in a small business environment and can work independently.
Skills & Experience
- Previous accounts and administration experience preferred
- Experience using Xero preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Following up overdue accounts
- Bank and account reconciliations
- BAS preparation assistance
- Payroll processing
- Phone and email support
- Brochure preparation and document management
- Assisting with marketing and advertising activities
- General administration duties
