As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clients and the quality care they deserve. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Client Service Excellence: Provide outstanding support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care at all times
- Care Coordination: Organise and manage client activities, appointments, and in-home support services seamlessly
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, service providers, and other key stakeholders
- NDIS Administration: Complete and maintain accurate participant documentation, support plans, and funding reports in compliance with NDIS requirements
- Support Plan Implementation: Coordinate the delivery of supports in alignment with participant goals and NDIS plans
- Restrictive Practices Management: Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of restrictive practices frameworks and safeguarding protocols
- Problem-Solving: Work effectively under pressure to address client needs and resolve issues promptly
Pay: $53,053.85 – $90,282.84 per year
