LEAFE’S is growing across multiple pop-up locations, and we’re looking for a Trainee Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their retail career.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and wants to develop their leadership skills.
About the Role
As a Trainee Team Leader, you will work alongside our management team and gradually take on additional responsibilities, including:
- Supporting staff during pop-up shifts
- Helping with setup and pack-down
- Supporting customer service and sales
- Keeping displays clean, organised and fully stocked
- Helping new team members learn our procedures
- Monitoring staff engagement and performance
- Assisting with daily operations
- Communicating issues and updates to management
- Learning how to coordinate a small retail team
- Working towards becoming a fully appointed Team Leader
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Enjoys working with customers and a team
- Is reliable and punctual
- Has good communication skills
- Can take initiative and lead by example
- Is comfortable working independently when required
- Has an interest in developing their leadership skills
- Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in St Marys NSW
