- You have experience supporting people with complex behaviours or high-support needs
- You approach challenging situations with patience, resilience, and a calm, person-centred mindset
- You communicate well, build genuine relationships, and maintain professional boundaries
- You're committed to learning, value feedback, and enjoy developing your skills
- You hold a current driver's licence and have the flexibility to travel throughout the Logan and Greater Brisbane region
