What you’ll do
Working as part of our Digital Media Agency (DMA) team, you will shape our digital media strategy by driving exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge platforms. Bridging the gap between creative strategy and technical execution, you will own the end-to-end digital media lifecycle to deliver highly personalised and impactful campaigns for iconic brands like Woolworths Supermarkets and Everyday Rewards.
Take hands-on ownership of campaign setup, trafficking, ad-serving tags, and rigorous quality assurance across programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk) and major social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
Monitor active campaign pacing and budgets, implementing daily data-driven optimisations to ensure spending is effective and target ROIs are exceeded.
Extract actionable insights to uncover the "why" behind campaign performance, developing automated reporting dashboards and presenting data to influence future media strategies.
Partner closely with internal Brand, Planning, and Marketing teams to gather briefs, provide strategic channel recommendations.
What you'll bring
You are a highly analytical problem-solver and collaborative team player who likes to be actively involved in platform execution. With a proactive, resilient mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, consistently executing amidst shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
3-5+ years of hands-on trading experience in a fast-paced environment, with deep technical proficiency in programmatic DSPs (e.g. DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk) and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
Strong practical knowledge of tagging solutions for measurement and audience building, with the ability to swiftly identify and resolve technical delivery roadblocks.
Proven track record of managing large budgets at scale, with the ability to clearly articulate how your specific media optimisations directly drive commercial outcomes and revenue.
Experience leveraging Test & Learn frameworks and building automated reporting dashboards (e.g. Google Looker Studio) to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable stakeholder recommendations.
