HR Business Partner - ANZ

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations and organizational change.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
- Lead the rollout of regional and global HR initiatives across ANZ.
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, policies, payroll support and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WHS and HR policies across Australia and New Zealand.
- Support recruitment activities from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance issues and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and employment regulations.
- Coordinate workers' compensation, return-to-work and workplace wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to foster a positive and engaged workplace culture.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Act as the HRIS administrator, ensuring accurate employee data and system integrity.
- Manage HR modules including recruitment, onboarding, leave and employee self-service.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Partner with regional HR and IT teams to optimise HR systems and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant local similar work experience.
- In depth experience of talent management cycle and program i.e. talent management model.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors or other established Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.
- A proactive, commercially minded HR professional with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Employee counseling, problem solving and conflict management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Coaching skills desirable
- Willingness to travel across ANZ on occasions to support local teams
