About the Role
Help lead the delivery of high-quality healthcare within a correctional setting while supporting both patients and staff. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to support service delivery, workforce coordination and continuous improvement.
- Support daily leadership of nursing services
- Coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes
- Assist with rosters, staffing and workforce planning
- Guide and support developing nursing staff
- Drive quality improvement and practice change initiatives
About You
You are an experienced nursing professional who enjoys leading teams, supporting colleagues and delivering safe, person-centred care.
- Registered Nurse with current NMBA registration
- Lead teams and support high-quality nursing practice
- Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams
- Manage priorities and support service improvement
- Mentor and guide nurses through coaching and support
