About the role:
This is a fixed-term parental leave cover opportunity until 30 July 2027.
As Senior People Business Partner, you'll partner with designated business units and senior leaders to align people priorities with the RACGP's strategy, delivering trusted advice that enables high-performing, engaged and purpose-led teams. It's a role for someone who enjoys complexity, stays effective when priorities shift, and brings good judgement to questions that don't have an obvious answer.
You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, coaching and influencing leaders through change, workforce planning, performance and workplace relations. And you won't do it alone. You'll be part of a team with deep technical expertise, so what matters most is the judgement, courage and adaptability you bring to the partnership.
In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver people plans that support business unit priorities and the RACGP's strategic objectives
Provide trusted advice across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, performance, change, restructures and workplace relations
Coach and influence executives, senior leaders and managers to build capable, inclusive and fit-for-purpose teams
Contribute to change, engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and performance initiatives that strengthen our culture
You'll bring strengths across our leadership capabilities:

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, with experience supporting organisational change highly regarded
