MacKellar is a leading Australian mining contractor with a reputation for delivering safe, reliable and efficient mining services. We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.
Supporting multiple sites across our heavy mobile equipment fleet, you'll work closely with our site maintenance teams, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating preventative and scheduled maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintenance plans and work packs.
- Coordinate planned maintenance across multiple sites
- Ensure parts, labour and resources are available for scheduled work
- Liaise with site maintenance teams and Supply Chain
- Monitor maintenance schedules and identify planning improvements
- Maintain accurate records within our maintenance systems
About You To be successful, you'll have:
- A trade qualification in Mobile Plant, Diesel Fitting or similar , with experience in a Maintenance Planner role within mining, civil or heavy industry
- Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance
- Experience using JDE, SAP, or similar.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
