The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating correspondence, managing data entry and reporting, and supporting smooth delivery of compliance-related processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality and customer service
About you

Certificate III or IV in business administration or similar.
- Proven experience and demonstrated abilities in high level operational and administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases, including relevant Finance and PC applications.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cooperative approach to working with others.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
