Details: ACT NoWaste is seeking a motivated and innovative professional to support the management and continuous improvement of our operational systems, data, and business processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of systems that underpin waste and recycling services across the ACT. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will contribute to data governance, reporting, analytics, system enhancements, and business improvement initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making, operational excellence, and the ACT Government’s transition to a circular economy. Eligibility/Other requirements: Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be highly regarded. Strong digital literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with business systems and data are important for success in this role.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for three months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
