Ngurra Living is looking for passionate, organised, and community-focused agents to help support the delivery and promotion of homes for Mob across communities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence using social media, and a passion for helping connect people with housing opportunities.
About the Role
As a Ngurra Living Agent, you will play an important role in supporting clients through the housing process — from promotion and enquiries through to installation coordination and ordering.
You will work closely with community members, installation teams, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create brochures, flyers, and information packs to promote Ngurra Living homes and services.
- Use Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms to market available homes and engage with communities.
- Liaise with interested Mob regarding suitable locations and housing opportunities.
- Request and organise site photos for proposed installation locations.
- Coordinate with installation teams to confirm availability and timelines.
- Prepare and send invoices for supply-only purchases.
- Provide estimated installation costs based on distance from the nearest port or delivery location.
- Communicate with Sheltertech to place and manage housing orders.
- Maintain professional and culturally respectful communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Experience in administration, customer service, sales, or community engagement is highly regarded.
