About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Procurement Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategy while driving cost optimisation, supplier performance, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Procurement Director to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business goals

Analyse spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify savings and improvement opportunities

Lead tender processes (RFTs), supplier negotiations, and contract management

Strengthen procurement-to-pay processes and ensure compliance with governance standards

Drive cost-saving and working capital initiatives, including supplier consolidation and payment term optimisation

Manage supplier performance, risk assessments, and continuity planning

Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing processes

Champion sustainable procurement practices and track performance against ESG goals
About You

5+ years’ procurement experience with strong analytical capability

Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Experience managing supplier relationships and delivering commercial outcomes

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
