About the Role
We are currently seeking Certificate III Qualified Educators (floater, parttime, or casual) to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the centre and work collaboratively with other educators to deliver engaging learning experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children
- Assist in implementing educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children’s development through play-based learning
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and organised learning environment
- Follow centre policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
About You
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Child Safety Training and Mandatory Reporting
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Do Food Safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
