Lead Allied Health Services That Make a Difference
At Juniper, we're committed to supporting older Western Australians to live well, wherever they call home. We're looking for an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead our Home and Community allied health team, driving clinical excellence, innovation and quality care across our services.
Based at our Ron Wilson House office in Bentley, this is a permanent full-time leadership opportunity working Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Community Operations Manager you'll provide strategic and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary allied health team, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with best practice.
You'll play a key role in supporting clinical governance, mentoring clinicians, improving service delivery and ensuring compliance with aged care and NDIS requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with clients, families and internal stakeholders to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing allied health team.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with clinical best practice and individual client needs.

Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Participate in customer assessments, case conferencing and risk management.

Oversee funding, contract and budget management.

Monitor clinical outcomes and respond proactively to deterioration and emerging risks.

Identify opportunities for new programs, partnerships and service improvements.

Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS requirements and relevant legislation.
Key requirements:
- Experience managing clinical or allied health teams, ideally within Home and Community Aged Care.

Tertiary qualification and current registration in a relevant allied health profession (such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or similar).

Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards and funding models.

Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with budgeting, reporting, quality improvement and clinical governance.

Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving capability.

Current Australian Driver's License.
