Senior Manager, Growth and Sales

At Northcott, we're committed to helping people with disability live the life they choose. We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Manager, Growth and Sales to lead customer growth, strengthen sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue outcomes across our services.
This newly created senior leadership role will oversee the full customer journey from enquiry through to service commencement, ensuring a seamless, customer-centred experience while delivering growth targets and business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing

Lead Northcott's growth and sales strategy to deliver sustainable customer and revenue growth.

Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from enquiry through to sign-up and move-in.

Drive pipeline performance, conversion outcomes and sales discipline across the organisation.

Build and strengthen referral partnerships and business development opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Service Development teams to achieve growth objectives.

Use data and insights to identify opportunities, remove barriers and improve customer outcomes.

Provide strategic reporting, forecasting and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
About You
You'll be an experienced growth, sales or business development leader who combines commercial thinking with a genuine commitment to customer outcomes.
You will bring:

Significant experience in growth, sales, business development or commercial leadership.

A proven track record delivering revenue and growth outcomes.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

The ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing across complex organisations.

Knowledge of the disability, NDIS, health or community services sector (desirable).
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related discipline.
