Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile phones, tablets and other devices.
- Complete repairs accurately within required timeframes.
- Perform quality control checks and maintain detailed service records.
- Follow company and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Manage parts, stock takes and workshop maintenance.
- Use technical hand tools, soldering and diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure workshop.
About You
- Previous experience in mobile phone/device repairs and diagnostics.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Soldering and technical repair experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passionate about technology and learning new repair techniques.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
- Applicants requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.
