We are looking for our next Front Office Ambassador! We don’t just want any receptionist.. We are looking for the person who is the front desk. The one who lights up a room, remembers a patient’s name, and makes a nervous first-timer feel like a VIP from the moment they walk through the door.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Setting the tone for every patient’s experience – because first impressions last!
- Keeping appointments running like clockwork
- Being the connective tissue between our clinical and admin teams
- Finding smarter, better ways to do things
- Juggling priorities like a pro, always with our patients at the centre
