About the Role
As a Casual Cook/Chef, you will work alongside experienced chefs, assisting in daily kitchen operations while learning and refining your culinary techniques. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to building a career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and service across all sections
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Comply with food safety and workplace health regulations
