Our Corporate Group is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join the People and Capability Branch as Director, Culture and Inclusion. If you are passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, included and empowered to perform at their best, and about using workforce insights to shape strategic initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, capability and future workforce readiness, this could be the opportunity for you.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce programs and initiatives across diversity and inclusion, organisational capability, employee experience and workforce planning. Working collaboratively with business areas, stakeholders and corporate teams, you will identify workforce needs and implement practical initiatives that address capability gaps, support workforce sustainability and foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace.
Drawing on workforce data, evidence and emerging trends, you will provide high-quality advice to senior leaders and shape strategies that strengthen organisational culture, capability and future workforce readiness while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Partnering with executives, managers and key stakeholders across Digital Canberra, you will build workforce planning capability, promote contemporary workforce practices and support the development of a workforce that is agile, capable and ready to meet future challenges. You will also monitor and evaluate outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable benefits and value for money.
As a leader within the branch, you will foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, providing clear direction, guidance and support while modelling behaviours that contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
