Same. At Nando’s, people experiences are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re not just passionate about the food (although… it is pretty great ). What’s Cooking?
You’ll ensure our restaurants receive the products they need On Time, In Full and In Spec, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and create value across the business.
You'll lead supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with our suppliers, distribution centres, restaurants and support teams. Based in our Richmond office, you'll travel across ANZ around 4 times a year to strengthen partnerships, support key projects and stay connected to what's happening on the ground. Most trips are a few days at a time, with one larger ANZ road trip each year. You'll also connect regularly with our global Nando's Supply Chain community, including a monthly global forum.
You'll work closely with Operations, Finance and Marketing, partnering on everything from restaurant supply challenges and forecasting through to New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD) and new restaurant openings.
A key focus of the role will be helping evolve our operating model - moving from a more restaurant-led ordering approach towards a smarter, more efficient distribution strategy that supports our restaurants while reducing complexity.
