We are a Sydney CBD (Wynyard) based boutique law firm practising mainly immigration law. We have a vacancy for an immigration lawyer to join our busy practice. It is a full-time permanent position leading to career development. We look for a NSW qualified practicing solicitor or registered Migration Agent with at least two years of full-time immigration law practice experience, has good acknowledgement of Australian immigration law, regulations and policies. The right person needs to have strong drafting skills, eye for details, efficient and dedicated. The work involves all stages of visa applications, reviews and judicial appeals. There is also non-migration law work, such as family, criminal, property and commercial law practice available with the right qualifications.
In addition to Australian qualifications, NZ Registered Migration advisor with investor visa experience is also welcome to apply.
The ability to work to deadlines, efficiency, eye for details, being a team player, having strong interpersonal and relationship skill-sets are important to the role.
