The Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our daily office operations and providing essential support to our wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meeting.
- Processing invoices, filing data entry records, and updating systems.
- Preparing reports, correspondence, agendas, etc.
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an office administration or receptionist role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and a keen eye for detail.
