Somerville Kindergarten is a welcoming, child-focused kindergarten located at Somerville Primary School on Eramosa Road East. Somerville Kindergarten is seeking a motivated and passionate Educator for a 3-year-old group in 2027. You must have a strong understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF, have the motivation to work collaboratively with fellow teachers, as well as possess a deep commitment towards reflective practice and professional development. · Contact hours will be 15 hours per week, during two sessions on Monday and Wednesday. · Additional 1 hours non-contact time · The successful applicant will start the role at the beginning of Term 1, January 2027.
Suitable applicants must have: - a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Children’s Services - First Aid including current CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma. - Child Protection and Child Safety certificates.
