We're opening a brand new fulfillment centre in Horsley Park and looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our expanding Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team.
In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of up to 10 technicians (fitters and electricians) on shift, keeping automated equipment running through proactive maintenance and a strong safety-first approach.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximise equipment uptime
- Troubleshoot and repair complex conveyor systems, automated equipment, and facility infrastructure
- Champion safety — monitor compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Operations and Site Leadership to solve problems and improve performance
- Use CMMS to plan, schedule, and record maintenance activities
- A full Engineering Apprenticeship qualified to a minimum of Certificate III or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject formally recognised in Australia including valid licence when required (i.e. unrestricted electrical licence).
- Leadership experience supervising multi-trade teams
- Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
