Your opportunity
As a Fitness Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients to stay active, independent and confident.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading group exercise programs, including strength and wellness-based classes
- Developing and monitoring individualised exercise plans tailored to client needs and goals
- Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and overall quality of life
- Contributing to the planning, promotion and evaluation of fitness programs and services
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Registration with Fitness Australia or ESSA
- Demonstrated experience delivering fitness programs
- Current driver’s licence
- National Police Check
We would also love you to bring the following skills:
- A passion for health, wellbeing and supporting older people to stay active
- Confidence delivering both group classes and individual programs
- A collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to innovate
- Additional qualifications in Pilates, Tai Chi or similar are highly regarded
