We're looking for a motivated and relationship focused Fleet Account Manager to join our team and help drive continued growth across our fleet division.

A Day in the Life
No two days in Fleet are ever quite the same.
One morning might start with a meeting at a local business discussing their vehicle requirements and future growth plans. The next could involve preparing a fleet proposal, coordinating vehicle deliveries or helping a customer navigate their next fleet replacement cycle.
You will spend much of your time building relationships with business owners, fleet managers and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and identifying solutions that genuinely add value to their operations.
Success in this role comes from staying organised, maintaining regular contact with your customers and being proactive in identifying opportunities before they arise.
While sales are an important part of the role, the real focus is building trust and becoming the person your customers turn to whenever they need advice, support or their next vehicle solution.
By the end of the day, it is about creating long term relationships that continue to generate repeat business and contribute to the success of both your customers and the dealership.
About You
You enjoy meeting people and building genuine relationships.
You are confident in your communication, organised in your approach and motivated by achieving results. You take ownership of your customer portfolio and understand that strong relationships are built through consistency, responsiveness and trust.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in automotive fleet sales, account management or business-to-business sales, together with a current and valid driver's licence.
Most importantly, you are driven. You want to grow your career, earn well and be part of a business that recognises and rewards performance.
