We are proud of our progressive and diverse workforce, where skilled people are supported to succeed. We are now seeking motivated and experienced Site Supervisors to join our team and deliver projects across Melbourne.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a key role in the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects. You will coordinate site activities and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
About The Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating plant, materials and labour resources to meet project milestones
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring completed works comply with project specifications
- Leading by example to ensure all workers follow Rokon’s safety policies and procedures
- Reviewing monthly project budgets, KPIs and performance, while promptly escalating any issues
- Participating in and conducting site audits, client meetings, handovers, safety inspections and project signoffs
- Completing all required project documentation and administration accurately and on time
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least two years’ civil construction experience in a supervisory role, ideally across roads, residential or industrial subdivision projects
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional approach, excellent negotiation skills and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time
- A strong focus on health and safety, with the drive to exceed productivity, budget and quality targets
