The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Kitchen staffwho is confident using a commercial deep fryer to support our kitchen team.
Your Role
- Operate and manage a commercial deep fryer safely and efficiently
- Prepare and cook fried menu items according to our standards
- Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience using a commercial deep fryer is essential
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar hospitality role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team
