Jewells Fresh is a community‑minded green grocer in Jewells NSW. We’re looking for a reliable, mature Retail Assistant with previous work experience to join our team. This role suits someone who is a self‑starter, very comfortable working alone, and able to adapt with a flexible attitude.
Required availability:
- After‑school shifts
- Weekend shifts
- December and January holiday period

Pay rate:
The rate shown is the adult classification under the General Retail Award (MA000004).
Junior employees are paid according to the junior rates in the same award, so the rate will differ.
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
- Self‑starter who can manage tasks independently
- Very comfortable working alone and confident handling responsibilities
- Flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Good communication skills and a mature approach
- Level 3 retail capability (customer service, POS, stock handling)
- Friendly, community‑focused attitude
