Enablement Lead who is curious about how organisations evolve and is passionate about helping teams adopt new tools, technologies and ways of working in a practical, meaningful way.
What You’ll Do
As our Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how initiatives are embedded and sustained across Stockland. Sitting within the Business Improvement & Innovation team, you will build on established enablement foundations to enhance adoption, consistency and capability across a growing portfolio of initiatives.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney, created through internal progression.
You will partner across Customer & Digital and the broader business to ensure initiatives land effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
You will:
- Evolve and enhance existing enablement tools and approaches to support adoption across a portfolio of initiatives
- Identify embedding risks and opportunities using data, insights and stakeholder feedback
- Support teams to navigate and adopt new technologies, including digital tools and emerging AI capabilities, in a practical and accessible way
- Own and continuously improve established enablement resources and frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant as business needs evolve
- Partner with initiative leads, change managers and stakeholders to align delivery and adoption
- Support a high volume, fast-paced pipeline of initiatives, ensuring sustainable outcomes
- Stay informed on trends in enablement, technology and ways of working, introducing new ideas where relevant
About You
You enjoy working at the intersection of people, change and technology and are naturally curious about how work can be done better. You are comfortable working with established frameworks and evolving them to meet changing business and technology needs.
You bring a pragmatic approach, translating strategy and ideas into simple, practical solutions that teams can adopt with confidence.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in enablement, capability, change or business improvement roles
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide adoption
- Exposure to digital, technology or transformation environments
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, usable tools and guidance
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced, multi-initiative environments
