About the Opportunity
Be apart of the research team of Kurongkurl Katitjin at Edith Cowan University. The team includes passionate academic and professional staff dedicated to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and families. Researchers within the team specialise in health services research, justice, and epidemiology, with a focus on Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community and families.
In this role you will work under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor’s Associate Professoriate Strategic Research Fellow, you will provide reliable administrative support across project administration, travel coordination, finance support and general administration operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing basic finance administration support, including reconciling credit cards, raising purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
Maintain and manage busy calendars and appointments.
Assist the wider research team with general administrative tasks and document control.

About you
You’ll bring:
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks
Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident approach
