Role Description The Sales Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. In this position, the Sales Stylist assists customers with product selection, provides styling advice, and delivers an engaging, customer-focused in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, recommending outfits and accessories, and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented and stocked. The role also involves processing transactions, handling exchanges or returns, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale operations. The Sales Stylist collaborates with the team to meet sales targets, supports visual merchandising initiatives, and promotes Cerroni’s brand values through professional and attentive service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, styling, and current trends, with the ability to translate customer preferences into outfit recommendations.
- Retail or sales experience, including cash handling and use of point-of-sale systems, is highly beneficial.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining store presentation, stock levels, and fitting room standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods, and to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to delivering an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory customer experience.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills; prior experience in fashion retail or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: $52,880.00 – $86,533.37 per year
