Mobile Plant Operators nec
At Stone Dimensions Australia Pty Ltd, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Plant Operators nec to work on a full-time basis (at least 38 hours per week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operating mobile plant and material handling equipment to support daily workshop and warehouse activities.
· Transporting raw materials, stone slabs, and finished products safely within the business premises.
· Loading and unloading deliveries while ensuring products are handled carefully to avoid damage.
· Assisting with the preparation, movement, and storage of materials required for fabrication and installation projects.
· Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting faults, repairs, or maintenance requirements.
· Following workplace health and safety procedures, including safe lifting and handling practices.
· Supporting production staff by ensuring materials and equipment are available when required.
· Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas across the workshop and storage facilities.
· Assisting with dispatch and logistics activities to ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered on time.
· Working closely with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
· Relevant qualification or 1 year of experience in lieu of the qualification.
· At least 1 year of experience.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
· Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet production and dispatch deadlines.
· Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks associated with material movement and warehouse operations.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
