We are seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and share the Red Cacao story with a wider audience.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about premium food, sustainability, customer experience, and purpose-led business.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will help build brand awareness, develop new business opportunities, and create meaningful connections with customers, corporate clients, tourism partners, and wholesale accounts.
You will play an important role in ensuring that every interaction with Red Cacao reflects the quality, authenticity, and care that define our brand.
What You'll Be DoingSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth across wholesale, corporate gifting, tourism, and retail channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Support the growth of our premium gifting and seasonal collections.
- Seek opportunities to expand brand visibility throughout South Australia and beyond.
- Represent Red Cacao at events, networking opportunities, and industry functions.
Marketing & Brand Storytelling
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content that showcases our products, values, craftsmanship, and Adelaide Hills location.
- Manage and contribute to social media, email marketing, and customer communications.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Help communicate our commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and responsible business practices.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the premium and authentic nature of the Red Cacao brand.
About You
You are a strong communicator, relationship builder, and storyteller who understands how premium brands connect with customers.
You appreciate quality, sustainability, and the importance of creating experiences that people remember. You enjoy working across both sales and marketing and are motivated by helping purpose-driven businesses grow.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, hospitality, tourism, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, ethical business, and premium food experiences.
- Photography, graphic design, or content creation skills would be highly regarded.
