About the Role:
We're hiring a part-time Online Fitness Support Coach to support client delivery inside an established online coaching business.
This is an internal support role. All clients remain under the head coach and business at all times. We work exclusively with female clients.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day communication, engagement, and accountability of existing clients inside our coaching app, operating behind the scenes as a direct extension of the head coach.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured systems, clear expectations, and delivering high-quality client support without the need for personal branding or client ownership.
What You'll Be Doing: As a Support Coach, you'll manage the daily support process inside the coaching platform and client messaging. Your responsibilities include:
Communicating with clients on behalf of the head coach using established tone and standards. Responding to all client messages within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
Commenting on completed workouts with specific, meaningful feedback. Reviewing nutrition logs and prompting awareness or simple problem-solving. Sending proactive check-in messages aligned with daily themes. Monitoring engagement and identifying early signs of disengagement.
Updating the Weekly Client Tracker with progress notes and concerns
You are responsible for execution and follow-through, not sales or client acquisition.
Work Schedule & Hours:
Part-time, starting at approximately 10 hours per week. Starting at 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in when those hours are worked.
Fully remote:
As systems and responsibility increase, hours are expected to grow closer to 15–20 per week, based on performance and client load.
