The Evening Carpark Sweeper Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the shopping centre's external areas, including carparks, entrances, loading docks, and service areas. Working independently during evening shifts, the role involves operating a ride-on road sweeper, pressure washing equipment, and other cleaning machinery to ensure the centre remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers, retailers, and contractors.
The successful candidate will be physically fit, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience operating ride-on equipment is preferred, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use mobile technology and digital reporting systems. A current driver's licence is essential, as the role requires operating a road sweeper and pressure washing buggy throughout the site.
