About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Signwriter / Production Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that spans the full signage process—from design and production through to installation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest standard, and exceed client expectations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is confident working across both workshop production and on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and production of high-quality signage, including vinyl preparation and application
- Installation of signage (vehicle graphics, shopfronts, large-format signage, and more)
- Operating wide-format print and finishing equipment
- Coordinating with sales, production, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assisting with job scheduling and workflow management
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Contributing to a positive team environment and high-quality output
About You
- Proven experience in the signage industry as a qualified Signwriter
- Strong skills in vinyl application, production, and installation
- Experience operating wide-format machinery (highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Leadership or team management experience (advantageous, but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Physically fit and comfortable working on-site when required
- Current driver’s licence
