As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single-person site while continuing to deliver exceptional customer service and food experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Managing daily catering and food service operations.
- Ordering stock and managing inventory requirements.
- Completing weekly reporting and administrative tasks.
- Driving operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.
- Acting as the face of the business on site.
We're looking for someone who:

This position is ideal for an internal team member looking to transition from a Catering Assistant or Food & Beverage Attendant role into management.
